Lightly fermented, non-baked, half-sphere rolled oolong tea from the raw material of Qing Xin cultivar. Grown and manufactured at the altitude of 2,800 m in Da Yu Ling 99K tea farm.
Taiwan is known as a producer of the highest-grown teas in the world. Da Yu Ling is a mountain ridge, which famous for its tea plantations. The tea growing in such inaccessible place is not easy, but exactly local characteristics of soil, water and air gives exceptional powe, sweetness and long aftertaste to the tea.
This kind of tea is manufactured by hand completely. The production of Da Yu Ling is very small, about 1000 kg per year, and therefore it is the one of the rare variety at the global market.

This tea is really a rarity, cause there are no tea gardens at the Da Yu Ling at the moment. This is the last harvest from 102K tea garden, November-2015. The quantity is very small.
